Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Mentoring and overseeing the activities of the
Storekeepers in all areas like receiving, issuing, perpetual audit and
Storekeeping (overall section wise supervision).

In charge of the co-ordination for ‘Surplus
Inventory’ and ‘Non-moving items’ related job as per guidelines set by the
management.

Responsible for monitoring the material movement and
conduct spot checks to ascertain whether they are in conformity with the issue
voucher or not (Internal Audit)

Ensuring subordinates to keep items in their
respective locations with proper identification labels indicating the item
code, item description, part number, location, indent number etc.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree
in any of these fields: Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile or Instrumentation
Engineering from a recognised University.

At least three to five years working experience
preferably in any industry/sugar plant.
