Job Summary: The Managing
Director will provide strategic direction and leadership to grow the overall CIC business in Uganda.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will formulate and implement business
strategy to ensure overall achievement of CIC Uganda’s long term strategy and
annual business plans

Provide strategic direction on matters relating to
business performance, new investments and business opportunities and changes to
enhance profitability and shareholder value;

relationships that ensure business retention and growth;

line with annual business budgets and plans;

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The applicant should hold a Master’s Degree in
Business related field

Professional qualifications in Insurance and /
Actuarial, CFA, CPA, ACCA or CIMA

A minimum of ten years’ experience, five of which at
a senior management level within the insurance Industry
