Medical Stores (NMS)
Management Officer
Medical Stores is an autonomous Corporation that was established by an Act of
Parliament 1993. Our mandate is to procure, store and distribute medicines and
other medical supplies to public health facilities in Uganda.
Resource Assistant provides support for Human Resource Management and ensures
accuracy of the Human Resource Management Information.
Updating and keeping an accurate record of
employee’s data and mid month advance payment requests.
Receiving applications and summarising all
information on every application for short listing purposes.
Managing and computing monthly overtime for staff
for final payment
Monitoring and keeping track of expiry dates of
employees’ contracts
Responsible for monitoring and verifying invoices
for staff welfare that include drinking water and staff tea
Assisting the Human Resource Management Officer in
managing routine Human Resource tasks assigned from time to time.
The applicant should possess an Honors’ degree in-:
Human Resource Management or BBA specializing in Human Resource Management or
any other Bachelors degree with a module in Personnel Management/Human Resource
Management
At least a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource
Management
A minimum of two years’ experience in managing Human
Resource or Personnel matters
Prior experience in using Human Resource software packages
