Key Duties and Responsibilities:

In charge of receiving, keeping & issuing out
the Company Cash from the company showroom sales & withdrawals and ensuring
all documents are attached as required.

Make payments for both petty cash expenditures &
general expenses using cash and cheques

In charge of preparing cash and cheques requisition
forms, Bank transfer Letters and taking them to the concerned parties for
approval.

Responsible for managing and keeping track on
cheques received and paid out from the company by keeping copies.

In charge of handling salary payments and staff
allowances at the head office.

In charge of preparing and daily updating income and
expenditure statements.

Preparing weekly budgets with the Budget Committee.

Proper keeping of the Company Cheque Books for both
the Shilling & Dollar Accounts.

Responsible for the proper filing and maintenance of
the following:- Invoices from Creditors, Bank Statements, Local Purchase order
and Cash requisition forms.

degree
