Job Summary: The Accountant
will offer financial technical support in budget formulation, execution and
accountability to ensure sound management of financial resources

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit routine and periodic financial
statements and reports;

up-to-date books of accounts, financial records and assets register;

Manage the preparation of budget process,
consolidation and facilitate budget execution;

Offer technical advice and guidance on financial
management matters to ensure compliance;

Regularly review responses and advise on oversight
issues, including audit queries relating to financial management and
accountability;

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate should preferably hold an
honours Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Finance and Accounting, Business
Administration/ Commerce with a bias in Accounting or any other related field

Possession of professional qualification such as
ACCA, CPA.CIPFA is mandatory

accounting from a reputable organisation.
