Job Summary: The Senior
Cargo Operations Agent will support Qatar Airways by serving as a first point
of contact for the Qatar Airways Cargo (QAC) Customer Service and addressing customers’
queries, information and concerns.  The
incumbent will support the Customer Service Officer in all the functional and
administrative responsibilities to provide a positive customer experience and
for resolving queries within our stated service level.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The ideal candidate for the Qatar Airways Senior
Cargo Operations Agent should hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
·        
At least five years of airline experience and two years
in customer service.
·        
Customer service and interpersonal skills, a
professional phone manner
·        
Computer literacy with familiarization with MS Office
(Word, Excel, Power Point and Access). Knowledge of Cargo Reservation and tracking system is ideal.
·        
Professional Telephone Skills.
·        
Working knowledge of the Cargo Reservation and
tracking system.
·        
Working knowledge of the overall cargo operations
and set up.
·        
Excellent communication skills
·        
Excellent command of the English language is
required
