Frontieres is an independent international humanitarian organization which
supports victims of war, displaced and disable people in situation of armed
conflicts.

Ensures that all staff has the appropriate contract
and personal files are kept up-to-date at all time.
The incumbent will also maintain records and compile
statistical reports concerning personal-related data (i.e. hires, transfers,
performance appraisals).
The job holder will also provide advice and support to
supervisors and staff. This may include information on training needs and
opportunities, job descriptions, performance reviews and personnel policies of
the organisation.
Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process
in order to respond to the needs of the operations.
Responsible for the management of the payroll system
and drawing up forms for monthly taxes and employee/ employer social security
contributions.
Prepare and submit a detailed monthly report of all
your HR and Administrative activities for the month and forward to HR team for
e.g. challenges encountered, achievements and any new activities.
Ensures proper follow-up of HR administration
related National Staff in general and to International Staff arrivals/
departures and stay.
Organise the International/national staff movements,
from/to the mission (booking flights, taxis, accommodations, etc)
Experience:
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or equivalent.
At least two years of related experience in
administrative work
Skills in file management
Excellent communication skills
Computer literacy skills with good knowledge of MS Office
(e.g. Excel, Word).
The applicant must be mature and self-reliant.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Sense of discretion.
Open-mind person with the ability to listen,
diplomatic, service and solution oriented, initiative, resourcefulness, patient
and pushing on.
Flexibility, ability to work in a multi-disciplinary
and multi-cultural environment.
Fluency in English is mandatory, French an added
advantage
