Manager- Retail Performance

business has 5% shareholding and National Social Security Fund (NSSF) holds 50%

responsible for tracking and monitoring Retail initiatives related to improving
the operation and profitability of retail strategic objectives as well as
implementing and monitoring compliance standards and controls in adherence with
Banks Policies and manuals.
Keenly track branch and individual staff
productivity against set targets.
Collect and analyze data on emerging market trends
and practices through benchmarking with other banks to inform business decision
Keenly analyze and evaluate retail initiatives to
identify trends, correlations and making recommendations for continuous
business improvement.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance
dash boards in line with agreed work plans
Work in liaison with Retail Rigor team, monitor
compliance standards to achieve Retail initiative goals.
Maintain accurate resource records to provide the
department with an up to date position on resource availability and utilization
Maintain an updated issues log of actionable issues
from the Branch Network and follow up for closure
Identify administrative resourcing / logistics
solutions taking into consideration the needs of the branches and the wider
budget and priorities of the business.
The incumbent will support the department on HR
process executions (e.g. talent planning, allocation, employee classification,
training and reviews) for strategic decision making.
Experience:
The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics from a recognised
University.
Possession of a post graduate qualification in
management is an added advantage.
At least four years’ experience in banking two of
which should be in business intelligence
An operational HR or resourcing back ground is
desirable
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to adjust priorities and manage
time in a fast paced environment
Positive and flexible attitude towards change is
desirable
Demonstrated ability to excise the highest level of
integrity and confidentiality
