Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for motor cycles,
tractors, light & heavy vehicles and trailers.

Managing a large fleet of tractors, tractor mounted
winches, trailers, cane loading machines of cane transport and factory front
end loaders and other miscellaneous equipments working in shifts to achieve
optimum level of availability.

Mentor and supervise a team of mechanics, welders,
auto electricians tyre fitters and other technicians.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The applicant should preferably hold a Diploma in
Mechanical or Agricultural/ Automotive Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or
their equivalent plus a Certificate in Basic Supervisory Management.

a mechanic in a big motor vehicle garage.
