Organisation (NGO) offering Comprehensive HIV Care & treatment, Training,
Research & General Medical Services; also providing Health Systems
Strengthening to scale up comprehensive HIV/AIDS Services in 16 districts of
Central Uganda.
Officer will be responsible for providing surgical and medical services to
patients at Mildmay Uganda and within the communities for improved health
outcomes of clients.
Experience:
The ideal candidate must hold a Degree in Medicine
& Surgery – MBChB with a valid Annual Practicing Licence
A minimum of three years’ post internship clinical
practice with specific experience in HIV/AIDS care and management;
Working knowledge of the WHO and National ART, EMTCT
and TB guidelines, specific demonstrable experience in surgery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy i.e. Proficiency in various MS
Office packages
Working knowledge of English and local languages
The applicant must also be highly flexible
