Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be tasked to identify new
clients, schedule meetings with potential clients and follow up on the
developed accounts

In charge of the development and maintenance of
working relationships with key business stakeholders / clients

Also, regularly assess client needs and guide them
on suitable options, pricing and any other required information

The Sales Agent will avail client servicing through
timely delivery of all documentation and follow-up with customers on all open
or unresolved issues.

Maintain strong knowledge of all company products
and policy features, industry competitors and provide critical market feedback.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The Commission Sales Agents should preferably hold a
Bachelor’s degree or more from a reputable institution. Possession of C.O.P
qualification will be an added advantage

At least two years’ experience in service sales with
proven record of performance

Effective communication and presentation skills with

Demonstrated successful working experience and or
