hire business consultants.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·        
The incumbent will be tasked to identify new
clients, schedule meetings with potential clients and follow up on the
developed accounts
·        
In charge of the development and maintenance of
working relationships with key business stakeholders / clients
·        
Also, regularly assess client needs and guide them
on suitable options, pricing and any other required information
·        
The Sales Agent will avail client servicing through
timely delivery of all documentation and follow-up with customers on all open
or unresolved issues.
·        
Maintain strong knowledge of all company products
and policy features, industry competitors and provide critical market feedback.
·        
The incumbent will also maintain consistency in
production and performance.
·        
Maintain and keep appropriate records of your
clients.
·        
In charge of conducting market intelligence.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·        
The Commission Sales Agents should preferably hold a
Bachelor’s degree or more from a reputable institution. Possession of C.O.P
qualification will be an added advantage
·        
At least two years’ experience in service sales with
proven record of performance
·        
Computer literacy i.e. proficient in computer
programs especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint
·        
Effective communication and presentation skills with
fluency in English
·        
Demonstrated successful working experience and or
training in marketing, research or other relevant professions will be
considered
·        
Prior experience in medical insurance industry will
be an added advantage.
·        
Age:  Between 25 – 40 years
