Job Summary: The Supervisor
Recruitment and Human Resource Administration will oversee the recruitment
function and support the Human Resource department through implementing,
maintaining and monitoring human resources management plans, policies,
procedures, systems and structures in line with company policies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Regularly review and update all selection and
recruitment policies and procedures

Responsible for preparing job adverts (internal
& external) and manage the full recruitment, selection and exit processes

Coordinate all interviews in liaison with the
process owners and disseminating the relevant reports respectively

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
