is an innovative, ‘rights based’ community based international and national NGO
operating in four districts in Uganda and provides health care, education and
sustainable livelihoods to vulnerable children and their families.
Job Summary: The Programs
Manager will be responsible for the oversight of organizational programs and
implementation functions through effective coordination, Monitoring, Evaluation
and Research.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
Manage the effective planning and implementation of
programs geared to achievement of results.
·        
Responsible for the day to day management and
oversight, including monitoring of programme implementation, advising
management on progress as may be necessary.
·        
Mentor and supervise M&E Officers and ensure a
robust and efficient M&E system.
·        
Mentor and supervise the Grants and Reporting
Officers to ensure timely reports and grants to donors.
·        
A member of the Senior Management Team.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The applicant should hold a University degree with a
post graduate qualification in PPM or related field.
·        
Additional qualification in monitoring and
evaluation.
·        
At least eight years’ experience preferably in
managerial position with a good track record of effectively leading a team of
more than five staff in an NGO setting (not currently working as a consultant/
lecturer).
·        
Excellent analytical and reporting skills, and be
self-driven and results oriented.
·        
Excellent track record in networking and resource mobilization.
·        
Dynamic professional
