Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The Principal Nursing Officer should hold a Diploma
/Registered Nurse/ Midwife from a recognized School of Nursing. Applicants with
a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or a Master’s degree have an added
advantage
·        
At least three to five years of professional experience
as a nurse leader.
·        
The applicant must be registered with the Uganda
Nurses and Midwives Council and hold a current practicing license.
