Job Summary: The Directorate
of Education Standards will guide VSO project implementation through supporting
the DES management team particularly the Commissioner (TIET) to roll out the
new inspection approach using the six inspection guidelines

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The ideal candidate must hold a degree in primary
education, experience in primary education management and/or inspection

At least ten years’ experience in training and coaching
education professionals

Significant experience in documenting good practice,
facilitation skills (e.g. workshops) and should be computer literate.
