Job Summary: The Laboratory Manager will provide technical guidance
and direction to Mildmay Uganda’s laboratory function and manage it in a manner
that ensures effective laboratory services, training, research, and health
systems strengthening.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

practice is compliant to accreditation standards

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:

The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in
Biomedical Laboratory Technology / Medical Laboratory Services with post
graduate training in Biomedical Sciences or Laboratory Quality Management

At least five years of technical experience in a
busy medical laboratory, three years in a management position and training and
/ or experience in ISO 15189, SLMTA, and GCLP implementation
