Job Summary: The Performance
Management & Organizational Development Manager will be responsible for developing
systems and procedures that will ensure achievement of high performance and
motivation of MPL staff; communicating clearly to managers and supporting them
in implementation:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and implementing
strategies and systems to support managers in the performance management of
their staff including; developing the performance appraisal process and
carrying out training on performance management.

Provide ongoing management and support to ensure
that performance measures are being used to effectively manage operations,
identify and manage risks, and effect organizational change.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:

The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resource Management or equivalent honors degree with a post graduate
diploma in Human Resources.

A minimum of five years’ experience in HR, three
years’ experience in performance management specifically.
