They would like to recruit for a valuable client, a Hotel in Mbale.
Job Summary:  The Food and Beverage Manager will ensure the
Hotel’s service delivery at every point of sale in the Food and Beverage
Department is running and conforms to the quality standards.  He or she will manage and co-ordinate the
Food and Beverage Department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
Ensure that the customer promise is delivered and
that customers are satisfied within the framework of financial targets set.
Ensure that guests receive high quality service
Ensure that the applicable regulations are complied
In charge of achieving own results
Optimise the supply chain and the use made of raw
Qualifications, Skills and
The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel
Management, Foods and Nutrition (professional) in service-related subjects
A minimum of eight years’ food and beverage
Prior experience of working in positions of high
responsibility in the hotel or food and beverage sectors and managing teams of
at least 20 staff
Team management, leadership & team player
A liking for organizational work
Effective management: delivering profit centre
Sales ability
Adaptability: coping with
the diversity of customers and their needs
Sensitivity to customers: good relationship skills
Spirit of initiative
Financial awareness
