Job Summary: The Head of
Human Resources will manage the department with over 30 Staff be responsible
for managing all the HR functions such as recruitment, orientation, development
of job descriptions, development of optimum organization staffing and operating
structures, appraisals, remuneration and reward strategies, executing the Board’s
strategic directives with regard to HR, negotiations with Unions, conflict and
grievance management and resolution, disciplinary matters, maintenance of all
HR records, statutory compliances, payroll, timekeeping, change management,
training needs assessment and developing and managing training programs. In
addition, the incumbent will also be responsible for all contract employees,
their housing, food and welfare benefits, medical records, upkeep of central
estate, maintenance of company housing etc.

A minimum of fifteen years’ experience in managing
the Human Resources function in a large manufacturing organization.
