Job Summary: The General Manager will be responsible for managing
the underwriting and marketing aspects of the business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Increase management’s effectiveness by selecting,
recruiting, orientating, training, coaching, counselling, communicating values,
strategies, planning, monitoring and taking management appraisals

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate should hold eight years or more
relevant International Private Medical Insurance experience
