Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will serve as a Christian role model
for the children, their families and communities;

Ensure timeliness and quality of child to sponsor
correspondence, child information documents and materials;

Render support in implementing holistic Child
development program;

Coordinate sponsor tours and visits;

Responsible for child program attendance monitoring

Perform any other tasks assigned by Project
leadership.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The Child Development Officer Sponsor Donor
Relations (SDR) should hold a Diploma in Social work, Education, Communication
or any related disciplines;

Additional formal training in counseling and child
development will be an added advantage;

Prior experience with Vulnerable Children Ministry

Exceptional degree of integrity in personal and
public life in line with the Christian values;

The ideal candidates must be mature Born Again
