Job Summary: The Customer
Care Representative will support Movit through the management of all customers
raised issues and concerns
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
Obtain details of customer complaints
Expedite responds to customer’s inquiries / feedback
on planned adjustments
Keenly examine all relevant information to assess
validity of complaints and possible causes
Build and maintain sustainable relationships of
trust through open and interactive communication with the key customer
Generate sales leads and orders
Support the sales function & key accounts 
Qualifications, Skills and
The Customer Care Representative should hold a diploma
in a Business related course especially in Marketing
Working knowledge of customer service principles and
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal & listening skills
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Pleasing personality
High degree of integrity
High level of persuasiveness
Excellent product knowledge
Excellent customer care skills
