Job Title:    Logistics Manager
Organisation: MWH Trust

MWH Trust is an
impact investor that uses its means and talents to improve liveability in the
world. Among other activities MWH runs a social enterprise (The HUB Pajule) in
Northern Uganda. We run our activities in a business manner and we aim at
agricultural and economic development of the region. Commercial farmers and
smallholders are provided with opportunities that enable them to improve their
farm business and livelihood respectively.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
The Logistics Manager will supply our branches with
agro-inputs
·        
Work closely and negotiate with suppliers
·        
Keep track of quality, quantity stock levels,
delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
·        
Supervise and coach guards and logistics staff
·        
The incumbent will oversee the fleet of cars,
motorbikes and tractors
·        
Purchase agricultural produce and manage the
warehouse
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The applicant should have a Bachelor’s degree and hands-on
experience in logistics.
·        
A minimum of two years’ relevant experience
·        
Excellent computer literacy skills i.e. proficient
excel skills
·        
Possess the ability to lead and manage staff.
·        
Hold a valid Driving and ridding permit class
