About Compassion Project:
The Diocese of
North Ankole is working in partnership with Compassion International in the
Ministry of Nurturing Poor Children, and releasing them from poverty in Jesus
name.
Job Summary: The Project
Director will serve as the team leader of the Compassion project staff.  The incumbent is expected to offer knowledge,
guidance and technical skills to different stake holders in areas of holistic
child development project planning and budgeting, he/ she is to ensure that all
programmatic financial ; and sponsor services aspects of the project are
managed efficiently and effectively. He/She shall be an active minister in the
local Church where he/she is posted should have some experience.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
All suitably qualified and interested applicants
should hold  a degree in any of the
following areas: BBA, SWASA, Community psychology, Adult and Community
Education, Development Studies, Education or Related humanities, for Healthy
officer, a Degree or Diploma in Social Work, Nursing, Community Healthy,
Clinical Practice or counseling, experience is preferred.

Computer literacy skills are added advantage.
·        
Age: 22-35 years
old
