Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as a Christian role model for the children,
their families and communities;

Working within ones influence to serve as an advocate
for the voiceless;

Responsible for providing leadership to the other
Child Development Center Staff;

Mentorship and management of all program staff

Prepare in collaboration with the other stakeholders
project work plans and budgets;

Work as the accounting officer of the Child
Development Centre;

Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Project
leadership and other Partners;

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:

The ideal candidate for the Compassion International
Project Director should hold degree in Social Work, Social Sciences,
Development studies, Education or any other related disciplines.

children ministry is desirable;
