Supervisor will support Centenary Bank through the maintenance of an updated
and comprehensive price database, vendor database, register of specifications for supplies and services;
Follow up implementation of Tender Committee
decisions and coordinate procurements in a timely manner and monitor supplier’s
performance in line with PAMM and the existing Service Level Agreements.
- Manage the processing of Bank procurements
in line with policy guidelines. - Offer technical support and expertise to
various stakeholders in the development of specifications and Terms of
References for Bank procurements. - In charge of organizing and monitoring the
implementation of systematic and periodical disposal of Assets in line
with the Procurement and disposal policy. - Maintain an updated and comprehensive
database of approved specifications for all procurements made in line with
Bank Policy requirements. - The Procurement Supervisor will serve as
the primary contact between the bank and the suppliers/providers
procurements related matters. - Carryout supplier analysis, price surveys,
supplier risk management and assists in the periodic appraisal of the
Bank’s supplier base. - Perform any other duties as assigned by
the Procurement Manager.
- The Centenary Bank Procurement Supervisor
should hold an Honors Bachelors’
Degree in Procurement and Logistics Management or CIPS
qualification. - At least three to four years’ experience in
a procurement related field - Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills with consistent follow up and feedback to customers. - Good report writing skills
- Ability to make presentations to different
audiences and to communicate information and ideas in an organised and
understandable manner. - Excellent analytical and negotiation
skills. - Excellent planning skills (daily ,
monthly, and annually to meet strategic objectives) - Creativity in handling customer complaints
and requests to ensure timely delivery beyond expectations. - Ability to plan, budget, schedule,
organize and engage stakeholders on key procurement priorities - Computer literacy and IT skills
