Job Summary: The Reservation Clerk(s) will support the
Hotel in organizing the reservations system and take responsibility for the
quality of the service it provides, whilst maximizing occupancy rates and
average revenue per room.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for checking in and out of guests in
their rooms

Ensure that all telephone, fax and Internet
enquiries received from customers are handled to a high quality standard
