and Logistics Company, one of the largest integrated supply chain solutions
partners supporting operations, service providers and retailers.
Job Summary:  The Sales Manager will mainly be responsible
for quarterly and annual sales plans in support of organizational strategy and
objectives and to achieve revenue budgets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
1.
Company Ethos and Business Practices:
·        
Expeditiously follow all company fundamental values
and serve as a role model to staff and customers.
·        
Ensure business and personal practices are within
the law and consistent with policies and procedures.
2.
Planning:
·        
In charge of the establishment of both annual and
monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company’s business plan.
·        
Responsible for providing an annual Sales Plan and
providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan.
·        
Coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales
Plan with all of the functional departments of the company.
·        
Work closely with our Business Development,
establishes both market and target customer strategies for the company.
·        
Revise processes to maximize business intelligence.
·        
Develops monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans
in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
3.
Sales and Marketing:
·        
Guides the implementation and execution of sales
policies and procedures.
·        
Assist in the strategic planning process with
management team for future periods; Provide external market opportunities and
threats
·        
Provide insight and guidance to corporate strategy
·        
Ensure corporate positioning strategies are properly
aligned with the external environment and will continue to position the company
as the leader of the industry.
·        
Build and strengthen working relationships with all
of our strategic partners and customers.
·        
Ensures communications are coordinated, support
sales plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements in
conjunction with the senior leadership team.
·        
Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on
market research and competitive analysis.
·        
With the guidance of the Director of sales, manage,
mentor and coach the Sales team to insure an effective operation.
·        
Evaluate new business opportunities for: Increasing
overall value of company; Current and potential partners and customers, Strategic
alliances and/or acquisitions, Geographic expansion, Product and service line
expansion, Strengthen value proposition of company and its offerings
4.
Implement distribution strategies
·        
Directs multiple channel selling strategies.
·        
Builds, develops and manages sales teams capable of
achieving required sales and service initiatives.
·        
Lead, develop, and challenge sales teams to raise
individual and collective performance levels.
·        
Working collaboratively and establish and maintain
solid business relationships with operations and support teams.
·        
Manages the sales and service systems development
and deployment.
·        
Provides problem analysis and problem resolution at
both a strategic and functional level.
·        
With Approval adjust selling prices by monitoring
costs, competition, and supply and demand.
·        
Coordinates with ME: Pricing and Services of Finance
as necessary.
·        
Oversee and manage contract negotiation and
execution.
·        
Perform any other duties directed from the Sales
Director.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The applicant should hold a Marketing or Sales
Qualification.
·        
Excellent sales management and negotiation ability.
·        
Possess the ability to develop and manage high
performance teams and is a strong team player.
·        
Strong business sense.
·        
Excellent financial analytical skills
·        
Self-starting leader and team player that possess an
exceptional positive attitude.
·        
Strong technical skills in strategic planning and
sales planning.
·        
Detail-oriented, thrive in a high-paced,
entrepreneurial environment.
·

·        
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks.
