the construction of a 5 star Hotel in Kampala – Uganda.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Management of the construction in accordance with
designs.

In charge of addressing and dealing with underlying
performance issues.

Ensuring the construction team deliver in accordance
with the project programme, the Client’s requirements and the Hotel Operator’s
comments.

Guides on programme, planning and subcontractor
scopes of work.

Works closely with client to ensure design
development issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The applicant should preferably hold a University
