Job Summary: The MEP Manager will be responsible for
assigned activities within the mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines
on the GEM project. The incumbent will apply broad and diversified knowledge of
engineering principles and practices to project engineering. He/ she will also make
decisions independently concerning problems within the discipline on the
project; and he will represent the discipline on the project and with the
client to resolve technical questions and as required to coordinate work.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

reviews engineering submissions within the mechanical, electrical and plumbing
disciplines on the GEM project or assignment in a regional business unit.

Manages the day-to-day technical work of the
mechanical, electrical and plumbing discipline’s designers and reviewers.

The incumbent develops Engineering Department
Procedures (EDPs), per Hill International design guides, appropriate Hill
International Standard Application Program (CISAPs) and administrative
practices.
