Job Summary: The Service
Delivery Manager will take ownership of the customer relationship responsible
for ensuring the correct and proper delivery of Customer Support services as
specified in the contracted support agreements with Ericsson’s customers
Agreement (SLA) fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Secure customer contract fulfillment
·        
Build and maintain working relationships
·        
Distribute info to internal stakeholders and
escalate Delivery Issues
·        
Be up to date with financial data
·        
Identify new business opportunities
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The applicant should preferably hold a Degree in
Engineering or equivalent through experience
·        
A minimum of four to five years’ experience
·        
Market insight and Administrative Skills
·        
Excellent planning and Organizing Skills
·

Broad financial understanding
