They would like to recruit for a valuable client, a Hotel in Kampala.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
·        
Maximizing the profitability of the hotel by
providing outstanding quality of service to guests.
·        
The incumbent will develop and implement sales
strategies and action plans.
·        
Build and maintain working relationships with
officials and representatives of the local business community.
·        
Assisting in putting together hotel emergency
procedures.
·        
Proactively being involved in trade shows and
conferences to network, generate new leads and drive business.
·        
In charge of acquiring and developing new business
accounts.
·        
Responsible for preparing sales proposals for
clients. 
·        
In charge of creating hotel awareness through
marketing campaigns.
·        
Attending all department and hotel meetings as
necessary.
·        
In charge of controlling the sales budget.
·        
Observing the market and identifying trends.
·        
Managing territory and expenditure in a budget
conscious way.
·        
Build and maintain hotel relationships with key
accounts.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
·        
The Sales executive should have adequate knowledge about
sales in the Hospitality Industry
·        
Extensive knowledge of hotel operations.
·        
Skills in securing new accounts
·        
Skills in online media planning
·        
Skills in creating solutions that meet needs.
·        
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English.
·        
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
·        
Strong business acumen and professionalism.
·        
Results driven, energetic, and focused.
·        
Willingness to take ownership for shortcomings and
setbacks.
·        
Business expansion
·        
Research and trafficking tools
·        
Direct sales experience and skills
·        
Skills in marketing
·        
Telemarketing skills
