Job Summary: The Authorizer/Operations-in-Charge
will oversee the management and supervision of the daily branch operations
processes including cash management and safe deposit locker areas with a view
to enhancing excellent service delivery to customers while ensuring that
procedures and controls are adhered to within the tenants of KYC (Know Your Customer)
and maintaining strict confidentiality as well as ensuring that customers enjoy
excellent customer experience at all times across branches.
