processes including cash management and safe deposit locker areas with a view
to enhancing excellent service delivery to customers while ensuring that
procedures and controls are adhered to within the tenants of KYC (Know Your Customer)
and maintaining strict confidentiality as well as ensuring that customers enjoy
excellent customer experience at all times across branches.
The applicant should preferably hold a good University
Degree in business related field
Possession of a Diploma in Banking is additional
advantage
Broad working knowledge of the banking operation
processes, customer service
At least three years’ experience in banking
