Experience:
The Technical Helpdesk Operators should at least
hold a Diploma in IT, Computer Science or any related qualification.
Call centre or customer service experience will be
an added advantage
Excellent telephonic manner
Working knowledge in Computer Hardware, Operating
Systems, Networking.and Internet Connectivity Mediums,
Proven and excellent working knowledge of MS Word
and MS Excel
Excellent communication Skills / Conflict Management
Team Membership ability
Personal Leadership / Ability to self-motivate / Organisational
and Administrative skills
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
Ability to communicate fluently in English
