Institute of Higher Education (LGIHE), formerly known as the Permanent Centre
for Education (PCE), is accredited and recognised by NCHE as an institution of
higher learning offering Certificate and Diploma Courses.
Job Summary:  The Education Programme Officers will be in
charge of designing and implementing training courses. This will include developing
workshop materials, organizing  workshops
and trainings and provide field- level support as will be required. The
incumbent will also support e-documentation of workshop reports, best practices
and LGIHE success stories.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The applicants should hold bachelor’s degrees in Education
·        
At least five years’ experience of working in the
education sector, preferably as a classroom teacher.
·        
Possess excellent interpersonal communication and
team skills.
·        
The applicants should possess a shared vision of
education in broad terms, not limited to academic performance but extending to
other aspects of human development.
·        
Excellent computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency
in the use of Ms Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
