UGAFODE
Microfinance Limited (MDI) is a registered financial institution in Uganda and
is adherent to the Central Bank’s regulations and guidelines and was founded in
1994 to provide quality microfinance services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
Responsible for the management of assigned audit
execution, preparation of audit reports, and review of work performed by audit
officers
·        
The incumbent will update, revise, and improve
existing audit procedures and programs
·        
Responsible for planning of audits
·        
Carry out testing procedures for more critical areas
of audits
·        
Provides on-the-job training for staff
·        
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Internal
Audit Manager
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
degree or equivalent experience (B. Com, BBA or any related field. Possession
of professional certification in accounting and/or auditing such as CIA, ACCA
or CPA is added advantage
·        
Detailed working knowledge and understanding of financial
institution audits
·        
Technical knowledge of information technology audits
is preferred
·        
A minimum of two years of related work experience
·        
Excellent analytical ability
·        
Excellent oral and written communication skills
·        
Good report writing skills
·        
Ability to build and maintain relationships with
peers and management
·        
Age: Between 25 to
35 years.
