Job Summary: The Product
Development Controller will support MTN in the conception; testing and
go-to-market execution of all new mobile money products. He / she will also monitor
the performance of existing products and ensure they are consistently
delivering the business objectives of
the products.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Co-ordination/support of mobile money product
development including user acceptance testing and pilots.

Market scanning and updating management on new
product innovations around the product.

Work closely with key product development teams in
marketing and IT to ensure speed to market all new products.

Keenly track performance of new and existing
products and ensure they are performing in line with business objective.

Conduct periodic competitor product analysis and
recommend changes or improvements in MTN mobile money.

Capture all customer feedback and complaints with
the view to progressively develop solutions that addresses customer queries.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate for the MTN Product Development
Controller should hold a University degree

Additional training in Customer service, report and proposal writing and marketing and sales

At least two years’ experience working and clear
understanding of sales support requirements of FMCG companies.
