Job Summary: The IT
Assistant will offer support and training to users in operating computers and
other electronic data processing equipment and tools, including software,
hardware, printers, etc. in a manner safe to ensure protection the data of the
organization.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The applicant should hold a Diploma in IT related
field with an Advanced Level School Certificate.

Possession of professional Microsoft certification
is an added advantage.

A minimum of two years’ experience of providing IT
support in a busy setting and computerized environment.
