bank offers a variety of Products and services including; Savings, Current
accounts, Loans, Money transfer services and Bills payments to its target
market which comprises of micro, small and medium entrepreneurs, salary earners
and youth.
Job Summary: The Human
Resource Supervisor – Payroll and Staff Welfare will support the Bank in the
implementation of the staff welfare policy, and the pay and administration
system in line with the HR policy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
·        
Implement the HR Information management System and
ensure timely generation of related reports.
·        
The incumbent is in charge of implementing the
salary and administration processes
·        
Implement the employee benefits policy
·        
Implement the Health and Safety policy and ensure
adherence of the Bank to the OSH law.
·        
Implement the medical scheme in line with the
medical contract terms.
·        
Responsible for planning, developing and implementing
staff welfare services and facilities in line with the policy.
·        
Develop and implement employee relationship programs
for the Bank.
·        
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Human
Resource Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
·        
The applicant should hold a Degree in Business
Administration/ or business related field.
·        
Prior experience in Payroll Administration of at
least three years in a busy institution.
·        
Good working knowledge of HRIS.
·        
Excellent analytical skills.
·        
Keen attention to detail.
·

·        
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
·        
Ability to multi-task.
