Job Summary: The Group Management Accountant will be in charge
of preparing, developing and analyzing key financial information to ensure that
the organization’s management makes well- informed decisions to ensure future
stability, growth and profitability. The information prepared shall be timely,
accurate and informative to decisions that add value to the shareholders’
interests. He/she will provide a high quality support service by liaising with
management colleagues on all aspects that affect the company’s financial
standing. The role has a future focus and shall involve analysis and comparison
of the performance of a business, provide explanation to the performance and
seek future focus from the line managers with regard to protecting the
shareholders’ interests. Other responsibilities shall involve proposing
alternatives to prevent problems adapt to changing circumstances and improve
value. In implementation of the agreed solutions, the Management Accountant
shall be involved by managing and reducing operational and production costs and
helping managers through implementing newer, more effective strategies and
monitoring of budgets.

The applicant should preferably hold a good bachelor’s
degree in Accountancy or Finance Discipline or Economics

qualified accountant (ACCA or CPA) and/ or a Qualified Chartered Management
