Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
The incumbent will be tasked with monthly crop wise
target achievement on culture inoculation by modern laminar flow with ensuring
all kinds of virus and bacterial infection.
·        
Routine base all kinds of Lab equipment gently
cleaning, sweeping and organize on time for sterilization.
·        
Ensuring field establishment, net house management
and field trials as well.
·        
Responsible for checking on the long tube in
plantlet room, AC and keep record temperature and RH in low cost methods room
regularly.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in
Agriculture (Crop Husbandry) or any other relevant field.
·        
At least a year’s experience especially on plant let
production from Tissue Culture.
·        
Ability to work with seed production contract
growers.
·        
Working knowledge and ability to know seed purity
test, moisture test and germination
·        
Excellent report writing and communication skills
