Job Summary: The Financial Manager will oversee all the
activities of the financial team and to ensure timeous and accurate reporting
of financial results in order to meet the requirements of financial auditing
procedures. Financial guidance must be provided to ensure business targets are
met. Potential risks must be identified, communicated, monitored and
controlled. In addition, strategic business support must be provided to the
organisation by means of assessing financial viability of new business
initiatives. It is the responsibility of the financial manager to ensure that
all legal requirements are met with respect to financial reporting and that
best practice is implemented within the organisation.
