was developed to empower schools to improve their own educating circumstances:
the school environment, livelihoods of teachers, and access for underresourced
students and to do so in a way that is sustainable.

- Support
the Program Director with all secretarial functions including, but not
limited to, coordinating organizational meetings, conferences, assisting
with the preparation of program materials and inputting data. - Oversee
grounds upkeep and to manage guards. - The
incumbent will be rendering support in accounting and administering the
payment of all bills and utilities. - The
incumbent will host and coordinate shortterm volunteers while in country - Technically
support partner schools through immersion in the community
- The
ideal candidate must hold a relevant Diploma. Possession of a Bachelor’s
Degree is an added advantage - The
applicant must also hold a valid UCE Certificate - Possession
of one year of secretarial experience is an added advantage - Prior
experience in the education sector is an added advantage - Excellent
oral and written communication skills in English - Familiarity
with basic computer skills
