Manager
Bank is licensed as a Tier 1 Commercial Bank after taking over the financial
services business of Uganda Finance Trust Limited (MDI). Finance Trust Bank is
a fully-fledged commercial bank serving a clientele of over 300,000 depositors
and over 27,000’ borrowers, through a network of 36 branches countrywide. The
bank offers a variety of Products and services including; Savings, Current
accounts, Loans, Money transfer services and Bills payments to its target
market which comprises of micro, small and medium entrepreneurs, salary earners
and youth.
support Finance Trust Bank by supervising the staff welfare in line with the HR
policy, and the Occupational safety and health guidelines.
Maintain the annual leave management tool on a
daily, weekly and monthly basis and produce related statistics for management
decision.
Actively participate in the development of the
annual leave plan.
Prepare and submit the time and attendance report
and track absenteeism.
The incumbent will also support the implementation
of the safety & health function and ensure adherence to the policy.
Support the implementation of the staff medical
scheme in line with the medical insurance policy.
Support system user rights access processes and
controls.
Actively support all employee relationship programs
for the bank.
Support the staff separation process in line with
the separation policy.
The Human Resource Officer – Staff Welfare will also
manage and maintain the HR filing system.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Human
Resource Manager.
Experience:
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Degree
in Human Resources Management, or other related social sciences.
At least one year of work experience in similar position.
