Sourcing is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African
Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and South Sudan. They would
like to recruit for a valuable client, the leading MTN Mobile Money Agent in
Uganda and targets expanding its regional footprint and add complimentary
products and services.
Development Manager will manage the promotion of the company in a positive way
through branding, advertising and networking. The incumbent will develop
persuasive approaches/strategies that will see the organizational clientele
increase.
Responsible for sourcing new business using
innovative and creative marketing practices.
Prospects and pitches for target client for
increased business growth
Discusses and consults with other executives on
latest business trends with a view to introduce innovative products or services
in the future.
Actively promotes and maintains company reputation
continually enhancing the organizations performance.
Build rapport with both existing and new clients and
ensure continuous improvement of the relationships.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market
strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options;
resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
Manage and act upon feedback.
The incumbent will identify and develop the
company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators through using
knowledge of the market.
Judgment and decision making: The incumbent
guides management on the latest market trends and new business opportunities.
Experience:
The applicant should have a Bachelor’s degrees in
Business related course/ or equivalent
A minimum of three to four years’ experience in
related field.
Skills in proposal writing and Research.
