Job Summary: The Branch
Manager will manage the sales, service, people, operations and business
development within the branch, including profits and staff productivity of the
Branch.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Steer a service culture within the Branch and adherence
to the Service standards

Routinely monitor customer complaints, identify
trends and root causes and address them at the branch to prevent recurrence

Grow the balance sheet (assets and liabilities) as
per set targets

Drive a sales culture within the branch for all
staff by allocating individual sales/campaign targets for the yearInterpret
branch financials and update the team on the Branch’s performance on a monthly
basis

Manage Branch costs with emphasis on containment of
controllable costs such as overtime,
petty cash, power, telephone, travel, repair and maintenance costs in
accordance with set budgets

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Business Studies or a related field from a recognized university
