Job Summary: The Assistant
Manager Human Resource will be responsible for support the organization in attracting,
retaining and managing personnel exit.

Responsible for tracking and computing remuneration
of staff.

Preparation of annual work plan and budgetary
estimates for the human resource section.

Responsible for managing and updating the personnel
files and the general Human Resource Information System.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resource Management or any Humanities specializing in Human
Resource Management.
