to affordable quality secondary education.’ We run the fastest growing network
of sustainably financed secondary schools in Africa. We currently have a
network of 24 schools across Uganda and Zambia, educating around 8,000
students. PEAS is supported by major corporate, government and private funders
and our innovative financial model is pioneering in the field of public private
partnerships in development education. PEAS is opening up four more new schools
at the beginning of 2016.

Job Summary: The School Director manages all strategic
operations in a PEAS school as well as ensuring that the Head Teacher works
towards provision of quality education. The School Director will be accountable
for school financial operations, which includes budgeting, serve as the point
of liaison with PEAS national office, PTA, BoG, and other stakeholders; develop
and execute outreach plans to attract and increase student enrollment in PEAS
school.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Possession of a Post Graduate training in
educational administration and management, Entrepreneurship, Accounting,
Economics, Business Management or a related field is desired
