Job Summary: The 3G
Operational Support System (OSS) Optimization Engineer will render support to
the International Telecom Company through network performance optimization cell
by cell for the client UMTS System, including: OSS KPI monitor, Top N bad cell
analysis, troubleshooting for Cluster DT and customer complained.

A minimum of three years’ working experiences in 3G
radio network optimization field

Highly proficient in 3G radio theoretical and
practical technology

The incumbent must be experienced in Performance
Analysis and Optimization skill for 3G radio system

Detailed knowledge and understanding of radio
parameters, KPI & counter definition, handover algorithm, power control
algorithm and basic feature for the client UMTS system

Excellent communication skills with ability to work
