• The
  Sales Representatives will establish, develop and maintain business
  relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the
  assigned territory/ market segment to generate new business for the
  company products.
• Stay
  abreast of product applications, market conditions and competitive
  activities.
• The
  incumbent will be tasked with determining customer preferences and product
  development in order to recommend specific products and solutions to the
  company.
• Proactively
  recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and
  improve transaction profitability.
• Actively
  monitor competition by gathering current market place information on
  pricing, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques etc.
• Generate
  new and repeat sales by providing products and meeting set targets.
• Primary
  sales and technical responsibility for a list of customers/regions
• Local
  travel to maintain and develop local sales
• Offer
  excellent customer service and technical/ application support
• Ensure
  customer expectations are exceeded
• In
  charge of fathering, reporting and acting upon competitor and market intelligence

• The
  applicants should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Sales
  and Marketing, professional course will be an added advantage
• A
  minimum of two years’ experience working in a manufacturing company.
• The
  applicant should preferably have  a
  suitable background in steel and Plywood industry.
• Possess
  excellent communication skills
• Excellent
  interpersonal skills and Computer knowledge
• Be
  a good team player with ability to work independently and also under
  strict supervision.
• Age: Above 25 years
